Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facilities & Maintenance Associate to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and guests. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, hallways, conference rooms, and common areas
• Sanitize and restock restrooms daily
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the building
• Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures
• Maintain the cleanliness of reception and dining areas
• Clean windows, ledges, and surfaces as needed
• Support general upkeep of kitchen and facility spaces Qualifications
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Able to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending) What We Offer

Pay:
