Short Description Performs various functions pertaining to construction and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings and facilities. Performs daily rounds of their respective property territory. Reports back issues that need attention. Rounds include grounds, life safety, compliance, inspections, equipment etc. Technician makes repairs or contacts vendor for service. Education Requirements High School Diploma and trade School, apprentice school or equivalent required License/Certification Requirements Must have a valid driver's license. Motor vehicle record must meet CUHC standard criteria to be permitted to drive CUHC vehicles Hourly Rate Min $24 Hourly Rate Max $40 The Jersey Pay Transparency Act requires disclosure of the pay range for this position. A salary offer will vary based on the job role, candidate experience, qualifications, internal pay equity and market data.
