Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of gym areas, locker rooms, restrooms, pool decks, and common spaces to ensure top cleanliness standards. Maintain pool area hygiene by sanitizing surfaces, cleaning pool filters, and ensuring water safety protocols are followed. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to keep all flooring surfaces in excellent condition. Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, or reporting larger issues to maintenance teams. Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to uphold health standards across the facility. Support overall facilities upkeep by monitoring cleanliness during operating hours and responding promptly to spills or messes. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within commercial or industrial settings. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing for various flooring types. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment operation required for industrial cleaning tasks. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is highly desirable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
