Job Description
Job Summary Princeton Community Village is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance of residential, multifamily building systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of building maintenance tasks and comfortable working in a community-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on residential multifamily building systems Conduct plumbing and electrical repairs (basic to moderate) Complete interior repair tasks including: Basic carpentry Painting Spackling Tiling Interact professionally with residents, vendors, management, and on-site maintenance staff Participate in an on-call/emergency rotation schedule Use basic computer programs for maintenance logs and communication Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license Basic computer skills Must live within 25-30 minutes of Princeton Community Village (required for on-call rotation)
