Pool Maintenance Technician Pay:

$18-$22/hour We're seeking Pool Maintenance Technicians to join our team servicing pools in the Ocean City, NJ area. This is a hands-on position involving pool cleaning, maintenance, and equipment repairs. Experience is preferred but not required — training is provided. What You'll Do Clean and maintain swimming pools (skimming, vacuuming, backwashing, etc.) Test and balance pool chemicals Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment Install pool equipment when needed Keep service records and inventory logs Provide friendly, professional customer service Requirements Clean driving record (you'll drive company vehicles) Mechanical ability and comfort using tools Reliable and detail-oriented Strong communication and time management skills Position Details Service areas around Ocean City, NJ Company vehicles provided from Egg Harbor Township shop Starting pay up to $20/hour for experienced technicians Thursdays & Fridays required Additional days/hours available Overtime likely during peak season Part-time with potential for full-time Benefits Paid training Tools provided Overtime pay Tips Schedule Day shift 8-hour shifts On-call and overtime opportunities
