$25â€"$30 per hour, based on experience Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem-solver with experience maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and production uptime.

Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPerform preventative maintenance (PM) on production equipmentMaintain and support automated systems, including PLCs, sensors, and packaging machineryWork with high-speed production equipment such as vertical form-fill-seal machinesEnsure compliance with SQF food safety standards and OSHA safety requirementsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiencyRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeRequirements5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceExperience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferredStrong knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systemsExperience with industrial control wiring and troubleshootingFamiliarity with steam systems, boilers, and refrigeration systemsExperience working with automated manufacturing equipment and PLCsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSafety-first mindsetÂ
