On-site Join Our Team We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment issues and minimizing downtime. Position Summary The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have experience working with automated production systems and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment Support automated systems, including PLCs, sensors, and packaging machinery Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment, including vertical form-fill-seal machines Work with steam systems, boilers, and industrial refrigeration equipment Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems Experience with industrial control wiring and troubleshooting Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Commitment to workplace safety Preferred Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated manufacturing systems Familiarity with steam systems, boilers, refrigeration, and packaging equipment Technical certification, vocational training, or related education
