We are looking for a Highly Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our family and ensure our state-of-the-art production facility never misses a beat. The Role As a key member of our operations team, you won't just be "fixing things." You will be the guardian of our production line, responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of advanced food processing and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Precision Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Preventative Mastery:

Execute rigorous PM schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Automation Support:

Work with PLCs, sensors, and high-speed packaging machinery (including vertical form-fill-seal machines).

Compliance & Safety:

Maintain a pristine work environment that meets strict SQF and OSHA standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with engineering to suggest and implement equipment upgrades and efficiency tweaks. What You Bring to the Table We aren't just looking for a "handyman"—we need a specialist who takes pride in technical excellence. Experience 5+ years in industrial maintenance (Food/Beverage or Pharma preferred). Electrical Strong proficiency in 480V 3-phase systems and control wiring. Technical Experience with steam systems, boilers, and industrial refrigeration. Mindset A "safety-first" attitude and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Why Tabatchnick?
