Core Mission As a Seasonal Pool Technician, your mission is to provide "hands-free" service to our neighbors in Monmouth County. You will be the face of ASP, ensuring our clients' pools stay clear, safe, and stress-free all summer long by providing expert maintenance and unmatched reliability.

Key Responsibilities Route Management:

Drive a provided company truck to various residential and commercial locations throughout Monmouth County.

Water Chemistry:

Test pool water pH and chlorine levels; accurately balance chemicals to ensure a safe swimming environment.

Pool Cleaning:

Expertly vacuum, skim, brush, and empty baskets to keep pools pristine.

Equipment Upkeep:

Perform routine maintenance on filtration systems and pumps; identify and report any equipment repair needs to our teams.

Digital Reporting:

Use our proprietary Pool Brain mobile system to provide customers with a digital report and photo of their clean pool after every visit.

Safety & Organization:

Maintain a clean and stocked company truck and handle chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.

Required Qualifications Clean Driving Record:

A valid driver's license and a reliable history behind the wheel are a must.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs (pool salt, chemicals, equipment) and work outdoors in the Jersey summer heat.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using a smartphone for routing and reporting apps.

Reliability:

You are a self-starter who can work independently and show up on time for your route. Preferred Skills Previous experience in outdoor labor, landscaping, or mechanical trades. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional "can-do" attitude. Knowledge of pool equipment or chemistry is a plus
