Job Description:

Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a leading provider of hotel-style healthcare in Monmouth County, New Jersey, is seeking an exceptional Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and sustainability of our 174-bed center.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs Troubleshoot and resolve issues with medical equipment and facilities Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues Clean and maintain facilities, including restrooms, floors, and walls Assist with painting, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities

Requirements:

0 years of experience in maintenance or related field Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Excellent communication and teamwork skills
