• Cumberland County (occasional) Harborview Property Management is a fast-growing residential property management and real estate acquisitions company in South New Jersey.

We own and manage a portfolio of single family rental properties across South Jersey and Philadelphia. We buy, rehab, and rent — and we are actively expanding. We are hiring a full time multi-trade Maintenance and Construction Technician to cover our portfolio across Salem, Gloucester, and Camden counties, Philadelphia, and occasionally Cumberland County.

WHAT MAKES THIS JOB DIFFERENT

• Company truck provided after your 60-day trial — no more putting miles on your personal vehicle
• Full mileage reimbursement at IRS rate ($0.70/mile) during the first 60 days — typically $800
• 1,000/month on top of your hourly wage

• Performance review and compensation discussion at 60 days

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Complete tenant repair work orders across Salem, Gloucester, and Camden counties — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and general repairs
• Complete unit turnovers — paint, clean, repair, and prepare vacant units for new tenants
• Assist our construction crew on active single family rehabs — demo, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, punch list
• Handle small to medium construction tasks independently between crew jobs
• Prepare units for certificate of occupancy inspections — catch and correct issues before the inspector arrives
• Photograph every job before leaving — upload photos to our system same day
• Submit a daily field report — jobs done, issues found, materials needed
• Occasional work in Philadelphia and Cumberland County as needed

YOU MUST HAVE ALL THREE

• Plumbing:

  repairs, fixtures, shut-offs, basic diagnostics

• Electrical:

  outlets, fixtures, switches, GFCIs, basic troubleshooting

Construction:

rehab assist, demo, finish work, drywall, painting, carpentry You do not need to be a licensed master plumber or electrician. You need to handle maintenance-level work across all three trades without calling a subcontractor for every small job. We verify skills in person before hiring.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, and construction
• Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record — MVR check required before hire
• Reliable personal vehicle for the first 60 days — company truck provided after trial
• Business use endorsement on personal auto insurance required before start date
• Own basic hand tools, power drill, and level — specialty tools provided
• Smartphone for job photos, field reporting, and team communication
• Ability to work independently across multiple counties with minimal supervision

BONUS EXPERIENCE

• Experience on investment property rehabs or BRRRR renovations
• Knowledge of South Jersey building departments and C/O inspection processes
• NJ electrical or plumbing certification of any level
• Bilingual English and Spanish
