Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Full-Time Responsibilities Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, including: General maintenance and troubleshooting Preventative maintenance Unit turns and common area upkeep Maintain apartments to company standards with safety and quality in mind Ensure work orders remain organized and manageable Qualifications Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Prior apartment maintenance experience required Strong technical skills and attention to detail Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Why BG Staffing?
