This role is essential in ensuring a top-quality living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on property systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and building components. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Assist with preventive maintenance programs and property inspections. Deliver outstanding customer service to the residents. Always display a positive attitude and communicate in a professional manner. Preferred Qualifications EPA Certification

REQUIRED HVAC

Certification (preferred) Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of building systems and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Availability for on-call duties as required.
