  • Full-time LBI National Golf & Resort | A VIVÂMEE Hospitality Property LBI National Golf & Resort is a premier destination combining a championship 18-hole golf course with upscale amenities and hospitality experiences.
Situated across 194 acres in the scenic Pine Barrens of southern New Jersey, the property features a beautifully designed course by architect Ray Hearn, a full practice facility, and a 28,000 square-foot clubhouse. As part of VIVÂMEE Hospitality, LBI National continues to grow as a destination for golf, dining, and events, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Property Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of the facilities at LBI National Golf & Resort. This role supports daily operations through preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure an exceptional environment for guests and team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical skills. This position requires the ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Facilities Maintenance & Repair Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and general facility fixes Repair items such as locks, walls, fixtures, sinks, and toilets Install equipment, appliances, and fixtures as needed Complete general maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and painting touch-ups Systems & Equipment Oversight Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify and resolve issues Test and ensure functionality of safety systems throughout the facility Support preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime Operational Support Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors during repairs, renovations, and facility projects Assist with facility improvements and expansion initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment Reporting & Communication Report maintenance status, completed work, and outstanding issues to the General Manager Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities Communicate proactively regarding potential facility concerns Team Collaboration & Culture Promote and embody the VIVÂMEE Virtues in all interactions Work collaboratively with team members across departments Contribute to a positive, solution-oriented work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in maintenance or similar role required (hospitality or commercial setting preferred) Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work indoors/outdoors as needed Compensation & Benefits At VIVÂMEE Hospitality, we believe our teammates are our greatest investment.
