Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Manufacturing Operations Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing and packaging equipment used in skincare and cosmetic production. Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues using appropriate testing devices, hand tools, and maintenance equipment. Maintain facility machinery and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation. Service and repair filling machines, mixers, pumps, conveyors, labeling equipment, packaging lines, and other production systems. Clean, lubricate, adjust, and replace machine components to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and production issues to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and service documentation. Monitor inventory levels for maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools; coordinate replenishment as needed. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects within the facility. Adhere to all company safety policies, GMP standards, and manufacturing procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; experience within cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or food production industries is preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with manufacturing and packaging equipment maintenance and repair. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and maintenance teams. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and performing repetitive tasks as needed. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems and documentation preferred. #IND2

$30.74 - $37.02 per hour
