What You'll Do:

Multi-System Diagnostics:

Perform advanced troubleshooting on 12V/110V electrical systems, LP gas systems, and complex plumbing.

Chassis & Coach Repair:

Handle everything from structural body seals to suspension and brake work.

PDI Excellence:

Conduct rigorous Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure our customers head out on their first trip with no issues that might ruin their travel adventure.

Warranty Precision:

Document repairs clearly to ensure seamless warranty processing and high "Fixed Right the First Time" scores.

What We're Looking For:

The Certification Edge:

RVTI or RVDA certification is highly preferred, but we will cross-train top-tier Maintenance, Automotive, or HVAC technicians.

Tool Savvy:

A well-stocked professional toolbox and the ability to operate specialized diagnostic software.

Problem Solvers:

Someone who enjoys the puzzle of a complex repair and can work independently to find a solution.

Physical Stamina:
