Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fence Installer / Foreman to lead and execute fencing projects with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee the installation of various types of fences, manage a team of installers, and ensure that all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Your expertise in construction, carpentry, and site management will drive successful project completion while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about outdoor construction, team leadership, and delivering top-notch craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead and supervise fence installation crews, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Oversee all phases of fencing projects from site preparation to final inspection Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively Measure, cut, assemble, and install various fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, or ornamental fences Manage construction site logistics such as material delivery, storage, and safety compliance Perform concrete forming and finishing for fence posts or related structures as needed Conduct quality control checks to ensure fences are durable, level, and aesthetically aligned with client specifications Maintain detailed project documentation including work logs, safety reports, and progress updates Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle Skills Strong background in construction with hands-on experience in carpentry and frame carpentry techniques Proficiency in welding and concrete finishing to enhance fence stability and durability Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and landscape maintenance tools Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards Familiarity with hardscape installation including masonry work for posts or retaining features Excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards Join us to build outdoor spaces that stand the test of time!
