Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

Flexcraft is growing, and we re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our blow molding and injection molding equipment running safely and efficiently. What You ll Do Perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues Work with 480V/three‑phase electrical systems Support equipment installations, relocations & upgrades Maintain accurate CMMS records Collaborate with Engineering & Production to reduce downtime Follow all OSHA & safety procedures What You Bring 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical knowledge Ability to use hand tools, shop equipment & welding tools (a plus) Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Reliable, detail‑oriented, safety‑focused Why You ll Love Working at Flexcraft Fast‑growing, innovative manufacturing company Supportive team environment Real ownership•we live our core value: OWN IT Opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact every day Ready to Join the Team? Candidates MUST complete the 5 minute survey at the following link prior to being considered for the opportunity: Click here to take survey Available Shifts•12-Hour Schedule (2-3-2 Format) We currently operate on a 12-hour shift schedule using a 2-3-2 rotation, which means: You work 2 days, then have 2 days off Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off Then you work 2 days, and the cycle repeats This allows for a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off.
