Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Our company operates throughout the state of NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition and providing outstanding service to our residents. Responsibilities Complete work orders and repairs in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventative maintenance Maintain materials and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Requirements Proficient in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing and Carpentry Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs and water heater malfunctions Perform electrical repairs, including light fixtures, outlets and basic wiring Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Problem solving skills, deadline and detail oriented Ability to handle physical workload Excellent communication skills Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference in maintaining our facilities!
