Job Overview Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining and improving spaces? As a Handyman, you will be the go-to expert for a wide range of repair, and maintenance tasks across residential properties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your diverse skill set while making a tangible difference in the environments you support. Duties Perform routine repairs and maintenance on both indoor & outdoor spaces. Address urgent repair requests promptly to minimize downtime and inconvenience.. Keep detailed records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules for future reference. Skills Proven experience in general handyman services or related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or painting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain repairs clearly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively. Tasks include but not limited to:
- Cleaning & Setting up outdoor Furniture
- Light Landscaping
- Power Washing
