Pool Technician Wayves Service Experience LLC Northern New Jersey Job Overview Wayves Service Experience LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Pool Technician to join our growing team. This position involves maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring water quality, and providing exceptional customer service. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry Open and close swimming pools seasonally Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform basic equipment repairs Maintain service records and report issues Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Pool service experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Paid training Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional weekends during peak season Pay $18-$30 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
