Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the plant. Candidates must have experience in a manufacturing environment. Interested candidates must have work experience in plumbing, electrical repair, carpentry, mechanical repairs. Available positions will be long term/ongoing.
Schedule:
7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Weekends as needed
Pay Rate:
$52,000
  • 62,400 (Depending on experience)
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and areas within the manufacturing facility. They will be expected to handle multiple duties, such as painting, basic plumbing, electrical repairs, mechanical repairs, and carpentry. This individual will need to be flexible and capable of strong task management while diagnosing issues, performing upkeep on systems and equipment, and conducting installations. They will be ensuring the manufacturing facility remains functional and safe. This position also works in accordance with their knowledge & training in conformance with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities:
Expected to adhere to all safety rules in accordance with SOP's, GMP as well as federal, state and local safety regulations. Repairs
  • Facility upkeep (painting), Fix plumbing (leaky faucets, toilets), minor electrical (lighting, switches, fans), drywall, and furniture. Safety & Reporting
  • Follow safety procedures, report major damage, and cleanup of work sites Maintenance
  • Perform regular inspections, replace light bulbs, and perform HVAC filter changes. Carpentry & Painting
  • Repair wood structures (fencing, decks), cabinetry, and paint interior/exterior surfaces. Installation
  • Assemble furniture and install fixtures such as shelving, cabinets, or window blinds. General Maintenance
  • Perform landscaping (mowing, trimming), gutter cleaning, and basic cleaning of shared spaces.
Expected to display and follow Company values and Code of Conduct Periodically participate in department or quality team meetings. Flexibility to work alone or collaborate with team members
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED 2 years work-related experience Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures and to complete all position related documentation. Mechanical and Electrical ability Ability to read schematics and blueprints Ability to handle hazardous chemicals Knowledge of hydraulics Basic knowledge of PLCs Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
