Pool Maintenance Technician

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by keeping pools clean, safe, and operating at their best. You'll have ownership of your route, work independently, and be part of a supportive, team-driven environment that celebrates hard work and growth. What You'll Be Doing Maintain and service residential and/or commercial pools to ensure optimal performance Test and balance water chemistry; add chemicals based on conditions and usage Clean pool surfaces and maintain overall pool health Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs on pool equipment Identify leaks or potential issues and communicate next steps Perform seasonal services including winterizing Document all work performed (photos, readings, service details) Keep your company truck, tools, and equipment organized and ready Provide recommendations to improve pool performance and safety Support and train team members when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of pool maintenance experience Strong knowledge of water chemistry, circulation systems, and equipment Valid driver's license Certified Maintenance Specialist (CMS) required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload Customer-first mindset with great communication skills Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable Certifications (Required or Willing to Obtain) CSP - Certified Service Professional CPO - Certified Pool Operator
