Job Description:
Work location: Northern
NJ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Handling basic office repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Responding to maintenance service requests. Repairing/assembling office equipment, furniture, as necessary. Assist with relocations, office openings, and shuttling equipment/supplies between locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and general product assembly. Knowledge of the safe use of hand and power tools. Basic troubleshooting skills of general office repairs and Maintenance Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Attention to detail & proactive. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance. Strong time management skills. Driver's License/clean driving record
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports into the Operations Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or technical college degree Must have a valid driver's license. Subject to background check/ drug screening.
