Bring Your Best to the Floor Minimum 2+ years of experience as a maintenance or line mechanic in a fast-paced production environment
Experience in food manufacturing or bottling preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics
Proficiency with hand tools, machine shop equipment, and testing tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams
High school diploma or equivalent required Your Shift, Your Shop You'll inspect, repair, and tune machines that keep the line rolling.
