JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for maintaining the buildings, common areas, and production equipment to ensure everything is safe, clean, and in working order. The role includes a mix of routine upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Inspect and repair mechanical systems to meet health and safety standards Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing lights and sockets), and clean/repair production machines Maintain plumbing and heating systems for proper function Inspect and arrange repairs for fire and safety alarm systems Handle minor repairs (e.g., locks, sinks, lighting fixtures) Perform pest control tasks as needed Support general upkeep including painting, carpentry, landscaping, and vehicle maintenance Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse machinery Follow and implement preventative maintenance routines

REQUREMENTS

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance methods Hands-on experience with tools, machines, and small equipment (e.g., snow blowers, plows) Comfortable operating equipment like lathes, power saws, and drill presses Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and push up to 100 lbs occasionally Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in varied positions Requires good vision and attention to detail when operating tools and machinery Must possess valid

Driver's License HOURS:

7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Temp-to-perm.

PAY:

$18 -$22 #
