Job Description

This is a full time maintenance job at a luxury apartment complex. The job will run for 3 months. There might be a possibility of continuing employment after 3 months, but it is not guaranteed. The pay is $30.00 per hour. 40 hours, Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone with the following knowledge: Sheetrock Repairs Painting Light Plumbing and Electrical Appliance Repairs (preferred, but not required) You will work with other Technicians and an experienced Manager. Training provided.
