PAY:
$18-$35/hr + Performance Bonuses + Tool Bonus Program + Advancement Opportunities
DESCRIPTION
Trusted Hammer is a fast-growing residential service and remodeling company expanding throughout South Jersey. We are looking for dependable, motivated people who want to grow within the trades and become part of a long-term performance-driven team. This is NOT just another "construction job." We are building a structured service company focused on: professionalism customer experience systems leadership recurring maintenance memberships long-term scalable growth We are actively developing future: Tech 2s Tech 3s Lead Techs Certified Independent TH Subcontractors
POSITION OVERVIEW
Work includes a mix of: handyman services residential repairs maintenance work remodeling support decks doors/windows drywall painting carpentry customer service field operations Some projects are handled independently while larger projects are completed with small crews.
We are especially interested in:
hungry learners mechanically inclined people apartment maintenance workers facilities maintenance workers younger tradespeople people looking to grow into leadership or future independent opportunities
TH ADVANCEMENT PATH
Trainee / Apprentice → Tech 1 → Tech 2 → Tech 3 → Lead Tech → Certified Independent TH Subcontractor Advancement is based on: work ethic professionalism reliability leadership customer experience operational consistency ability to follow systems/processes NOT simply time worked.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Trainee /
Apprentice:
NJ Minimum Wage + Bonus Path to ~$20/hr Tech 1: $18/hr Base Up to ~$22/hr with bonuses Tech 2: $25/hr Base Up to ~$30/hr with bonuses Tech 3: $30/hr Base Up to ~$35/hr with bonuses + solo dispatch opportunities
Lead Tech:
$40/hr Base Up to ~$60/hr with bonuses + production incentives Future Certified Independent TH Subcontractor opportunities available for high-performing long-term team members.
TOOL BONUS PROGRAM

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE
dependable coachable motivated professional customer-friendly willing to learn organized comfortable using apps/systems capable of working independently or with a team
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to perform physical work Professional communication Willingness to learn and follow systems/processes OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to complete after onboarding)
