$95,000•$120,000 A day in this role You start your morning with a floor walk, talking through priorities with a tight-knit crew of seven maintenance mechanics. A tube filler is showing intermittent jams tied to a foil variation; you guide a tech through isolating the material interface issue, validate sensor alignment, and review the Siemens PLC diagnostics to confirm inputs—no programming needed, just sharp troubleshooting. You coach, you delegate, and when a stubborn fault persists, you roll up your sleeves for a targeted, hands-on assist. This position blends leadership and technical depth—approximately 80% supervisory and 20% hands-on —to safeguard uptime and elevate packaging performance. What you'll lead Direct and develop a team of 7 maintenance mechanics with clear priorities and coaching. Collaborate closely with production to minimize downtime and lift line efficiency. Your background Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on diagnostic experience. Track record of solving unfamiliar, complex technical issues. Comfortable troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment; programming not required. Experience in related environments such as personal care manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or food production. Leadership experience in maintenance or operations with excellent English communication.
