Your expertise will help maintain a seamless environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and building infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform repairs on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems by analyzing schematics, electrical diagrams, and system layouts to determine root causes. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system conditions for compliance and future reference. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during construction or major maintenance projects to ensure safety standards and project timelines are met. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigerants. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance across construction or industrial environments. Leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or coordinate with contractors effectively. Strong problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and repairs.
