Facilities Maintenance Technician

Gambler Ridge's Golf Course is hiring a Full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain clubhouse grounds and make repairs to everyday items when needed.

Some of the duties include:

Maintain Clubhouse grounds - walkways and driveway are blown off and free of debris, water and maintain planters and area grass plants.

Tend to tent area:

Clean out garbage, blow off grounds and pickup loose trash. Repairs to everyday items when needed: Doors, toilets, windows, shelving, etc. Keep up with routine checks and changes: for HVAC Units, filters, cleaning, drain tubing, etc.

and fire equipment:

monthly checks to extinguishers, meet with fire inspector when scheduled. Change light bulbs, hang pictures, put together items needed for business. Coordinate with any outside contractors.

Minimum Requirements:

Must speak and read English 1-5 years in facilities, maintenance, construction or a related trade Proficiency with hand/power tools Physical abilities to include lifting 50-100 lbs, climbing ladders and working in varied conditions Basic knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry and hvac Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
