Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Complete painting, patching, and minor carpentry work Handle basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixtures) Perform basic electrical work (lighting, outlets, troubleshooting) Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and building systems Ensure all work is completed safely and up to standard

Qualifications:

Experience in hotel or property maintenance preferred Knowledge of painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

Preferred Skills:

Basic HVAC knowledge a plus Previous hospitality experience

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
