One morning may start with a full property walk checking cleanliness and curb appeal before residents head to work. By midday, you're troubleshooting a plumbing issue, diagnosing an concern, or preparing an apartment for its next resident. We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who is proactive, dependable, self-sufficient, and team-oriented . Someone who takes initiative, communicates well, and understands that great maintenance work is about more than repairs

What You'll Own Technical Repairs & Troubleshooting Diagnose and complete plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repairs independently Handle routine service requests and larger maintenance issues with confidence and care Troubleshoot problems thoroughly and look for long-term solutions, not quick fixes Preventative Maintenance & Property Care Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to keep the community running smoothly Spot issues early and take proactive action before they become larger problems Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-cared-for property every day Resident Service That Makes a Difference Respond to service requests with urgency, professionalism, and respect Communicate clearly with residents and create a positive experience during every interaction Understand that customer service matters just as much as technical skill Apartment Turnovers & Community Support Prepare apartments for move-in including repairs, appliance checks, painting touch-ups, and final walkthroughs Work closely with office and maintenance team members to keep operations moving consistently Support after-hours emergencies through an on-call rotation—you understand how important it is to be there for residents when they need help most What Makes You a
