As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you will utilize your expertise to ensure all facilities are safe, efficient, and operational at peak performance.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with site managers to prioritize maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory usage.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of external contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects.
• Travel to various job sites within the Albuquerque area as needed to provide maintenance support.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company health and safety policies.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with team members and clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Certification in maintenance or a relevant trade is a plus.
