Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs Manage other maintenance requests as required Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Routinely inspect rooms and buildings for items needing attention Complete work orders daily and perform necessary repairs

Qualifications:

Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems High school diploma/GED or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures About Company We are a great environment to work in, and we are looking forward to adding you to our Marriott family in Tucumcari!
