With multiple locations across the region, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Regional Maintenance Employee to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and provide a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
Job Summary:
The Regional Maintenance Employee will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple drive-thru coffee shop locations in the Florida Panhandle. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual with strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems. Perform general facility maintenance, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure locations meet operational and safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime at any location. Coordinate with regional and store managers to schedule maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to daily operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all locations Travel between multiple locations in the Florida Panhandle to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks Document all maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used, in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the Florida Panhandle. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations. Abilities to lift up to 50lbs and work in various conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor areas. Availability for on-call emergency repairs, including some evenings and weekends.
Preferred Skills:
Experience maintaining drive-thru equipment and systems. Familiarity with coffee shop equipment, such as espresso machines or brewing systems. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Florida Panhandle.
