Job Description

Maintenance Technician /
Handyman Location:
Albuquerque, NM Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) OR 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician with a strong handyman background. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in a variety of building maintenance tasks and takes pride in keeping facilities in good working condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs Paint walls and surfaces as needed Complete sheetrock/drywall repairs Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep Troubleshoot and repair basic building issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous handyman or building maintenance experience required Ability to handle a wide range of repair tasks ("jack of all trades") Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Dress Code:
