Job Description

Position Summary This position is part of a structured training and workforce development initiative under the New Mexico Job Training Incentive Program (JTIP). During the initial training period, the employee may participate in cross-functional operational training related to production, deli-style on-site packaging, compliance, inventory, manufacturing support, and operational workflows as assigned. The Maintenance & Repair Technician supports facility maintenance, operational support, repair coordination, equipment upkeep, sanitation support, and compliance-related operational activities within licensed cannabis facilities. This role assists with maintaining operational readiness, facility standards, preventative maintenance procedures, and general repair support activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and operational support activities Assist with facility inspections and preventative maintenance procedures Support equipment upkeep, repair coordination, and operational troubleshooting Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout operational areas Safely operate maintenance tools and related equipment Support facility safety procedures and environmental standards Complete maintenance logs, operational documentation, and inspection records Assist with workflow efficiency and operational readiness initiatives Support cross-functional operational activities as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous maintenance, facilities, or operational support experience preferred Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor Ability to work independently and within team environments
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
