To be discussed Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and operational readiness of equipment in line with business demands. This role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency, reducing nonproductive time, and enhancing asset performance within the Maintenance Base (MB). Key Responsibilities Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with the applicable maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy. Follow the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work procedures. Ensure accurate and timely data entry within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems, including: Materials and supplies usage Labor costs Equipment maintenance history (movements, work orders, parts used, and maintenance time) Adhere to Division TLM standards and transactional discipline. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD). Support efforts to reduce equipment downtime and improve turnaround time, including: Maintenance processes Parts availability Failure reduction Work-in-process optimization Assist in improving team efficiency and overall productivity of maintenance operations. Contribute to CoSD projects such as planned repair and reuse of parts. Participate in equipment failure investigations as assigned. Comply with the TLM Competency Management System requirements.

Pay:
