Senior Pool Service Tech ($1250/wk to $1800/wk
OTE - 1099
) All Set Home Services Henderson, NV Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $1,250 - $1,800 a week 11 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Pool water pH testing Certified Pool Operator Equipment repair Restoration Driver's License Automatic pool cleaners Wrenches Driving Pool cleaning Equipment maintenance Equipment testing Water quality monitoring Hand tools Mobile devices Interpersonal communication Full Job Description All Set Pool Services is a new subscription-based pool maintenance company launching in Henderson and Las Vegas. We're building the pool company we'd want to work for: flat-rate pay, real routes, modern tools, and zero upsell pressure. This is a founding role, and we'll be straight with you — we're building our route and repair pipeline from scratch. We have customers, we have momentum, and we're growing every week. You'd be getting in early to build your book with us, not inheriting a finished route. If you know this trade cold, want a real say in how it's built, and want to grow into a leadership seat as we scale, this is the seat. You can run it alongside your current gig until the volume is there to take you full time. What you'll make $20 per completed regular weekly visit, flat — top of the Henderson/LV market Up to 50% of gross profit on repairs and installs , on top of your route (to be negotiated) Bounty pay on new-customer initial visits — $20 to $30/stop Paid buildout work — help write and refine our job checklists and standards, scoped and paid separately from visits Target $1,250-$1,800/week OTE once you're running a full route (we're early, so you'll build to that with us, not start there) Paid weekly, direct deposit Why this seat is different This isn't just a route. As our founding tech, you help set how every job gets done: Build the step-by-step checklists for each job type — weekly service, filter cleans, salt cell cleans, green-to-cleans, drains, acid washes, repairs Set the standard for what "done right" looks like, then help us hold the bar as we add techs Real input on routes, scheduling, and how we run day to day First in line for the lead/manager seat as we grow We're hiring the person who helps us scale, not just clean pools. Start on the side, grow into full time You don't have to bet the farm to get in early. Run this alongside your current job while we build. As the route and repair pipeline grow, so does your book, your pay, and your path to a full-time leadership seat. What we provide Real routes, not scraps — geographic bundles, recurring weekly All chemicals and reagents on our commercial supply account — you don't pay for a single drop of DPD or gallon of acid Dosing math handled in-app — enter your readings and it tells you exactly what to pour. No guessing, no math in 110° sun GPS-verified stops and photo reports — protects you from "did they even come?" complaints Flat-rate subscription customers — no upsell quotas, no commission games Branded shirts and truck magnets offered (not required) What we're looking for 5+ years hands-on residential pool service, including repairs and restoration (green-to-cleans, drains, equipment swaps) You can explain how a job should be done, not just do it — we need someone who can help write it down Valid NV driver's license, clean driving record, current auto insurance Reliable truck or SUV (your own) that can haul chemicals, poles, and equipment Smartphone with data plan (iPhone or Android) to run our app for routing, readings, photos, and dosing Your own testing and service equipment: Taylor K-2006 test kit (or equivalent FAS-DPD drop kit) Telescoping pole, deep leaf rake, flat hand skimmer, vac head and hose, brushes Basic hand tools (strap wrench for filter/pump lids, slotted + Phillips screwdrivers, o-ring pick, adjustable pliers) Balanced water every visit (FC-to-CYA ratio, p
H 7.4-7.8, LSI
within target), photo proof every stop, 4.5+ customer rating Show up when you said you would What a typical visit looks like Every pool gets the same consistent workflow, logged in our app as you go: Arrive and GPS check-in — app confirms you're on-site Arrival photo — quick shot of the pool as you find it Empty baskets — skimmer and pump baskets, before and after (plus leaf canister or cleaner bag if the pool has one) Brush and skim — walls, steps, tile line, surface Vacuum if the pool needs it Equipment check — photo of the filter pressure gauge; note anything off (leaks, worn o-rings, heater codes) Water test — full 6-point panel with your drop kit (FC, CC, p
H, TA, CH, CYA
), photo of the results Dosing — enter readings and the app tells you exactly what to add; log chemicals to your digital truck inventory Departure photo — pool as you're leaving it GPS check-out — app closes the stop and auto-emails the customer your photos and chemistry notes Average stop: 20-35 minutes depending on pool size and condition. If a pool consistently runs long, we'll flag it and either pay you extra or reassign it. If a visit runs short, we'll review photos to confirm everything's done right. Why work with us Most pool companies treat 1099 techs like disposable labor: late pay, sketchy chemical budgets, surprise deductions. We're the opposite. You get a clean route, modern tools, fair pay on a predictable schedule, and customers who already know the price — so there's nothing to sell. Do good work and we'll keep feeding you more pools.
Pay:
$1,250.00 - $1,800.00 per week

Do you own a drop-based pool water test kit (Taylor K-2006 or equivalent FAS-DPD kit) and your own service equipment (telescoping pole, vac head, brushes, hoses)?
