In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repairs to uphold the highest standards of pool safety and cleanliness. Duties Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and removing debris to maintain pristine water quality Perform routine pool inspections to identify issues with filters, pumps, heaters, chlorinators, and other equipment Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure all pool systems operate efficiently and reliably Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and maintenance schedules for each pool Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and clients' property Assist with chemical balancing and water testing to ensure compliance with health standards Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting Prior service technician experience or background in pool maintenance preferred Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance procedures Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and servicing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping Ability to work independently while managing multiple pools efficiently Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required Join us as a Pool Technician and bring your passion for maintenance and customer service to life!
