What you'll do: Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities equipment and fixtures. Inspect, clean, and repair equipment under supervision, documenting maintenance activities and signs of wear. Conduct minor repairs using multiple craft skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Diagnose issues by inspecting and testing equipment, utilizing blueprints and repair manuals as needed. Respond to emergency maintenance calls and document repair work accurately. Assist with work orders, parts requests, and maintenance logs while complying with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support quality maintenance outcomes. What you'll bring: Proven experience in facility repair and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs following established schedules and guidelines. Proficiency in diagnosing equipment issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
