This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with production and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues Support equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds Maintain compressors, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, and related machinery Conduct inspections and ensure equipment is properly set up and aligned Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely Assist with fabrication, welding, and machine modifications Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance projects as needed Support inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards Minimize downtime by responding quickly to maintenance needs Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, ceiling, and restroom repairs Qualifications Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience maintaining industrial systems including compressors, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers Intermediate mechanical troubleshooting and machine rebuilding skills Welding experience including MIG and arc welding Fabrication experience building guards, mounts, and small frames Basic electrical knowledge including conduit and wiring Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
