Job Description

Job Summary A manufacturing facility in Carson City, NV is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery, equipment, and facility maintenance in a full-time, temp-to-hire role. This is a strong opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, repair work, and keeping production operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in both industrial machinery maintenance and general building repair.   • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Complete building and facility maintenance tasks, including repairs and painting as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support repair and maintenance work.
  • Use manual and power tools to dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery and components.
  • Support safe, efficient production operations by identifying and resolving mechanical and facility issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company procedures and safety standards. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
