To perform routine maintenance, and repairs of facility.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building and material handling equipment. Assist in relocating or installing building equipment as needed. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production system and equipment Help maintain a professional, safe, and organized production facility Some weekend and work after business hours required Must have the ability to work with vendors and tenants in a professional manner Patch walls and paint instead of painting. Perform weed removal and general grounds maintenance. Supports, encourages, and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field preferred but not required.
