• Requirements 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (distribution/fulfillment preferred) Experience with automated conveyor systems and MHE equipment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (up to 480v) Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and schematic reading Experience with CMMS systems and diagnostic tools Ability to work flexible schedules and at heights Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.

• Job Duties Perform preventative and routine maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs) Use CMMS to manage work orders, track repairs, and maintain inventory Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime Support installation and commissioning of new systems Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to drive efficiency "Staffmark was great at getting me placed.
