Sparks, NV 89431 Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will have their own tools, reliable transportation, and basic knowledge of sprinkler systems. This role requires someone who can work independently, respond promptly to maintenance needs, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across facilities Troubleshoot and fix issues involving plumbing, electrical, and minor mechanical systems Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Assist with maintenance and repair of sprinkler/irrigation systems (preferred) Respond to service requests in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a safe and organized work environment Complete additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred Basic knowledge of construction trades (plumbing, electrical, general repairs) Familiarity with sprinkler/irrigation systems is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Requirements Must have own tools Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Work Environment Combination of indoor and outdoor work Physical duties may include standing, bending, and lifting Fast-paced, hands-on work environment
