Maintenance Route Tech 2

The Maintenance Technician II reports to a Response Technician and Maintenance Supervisor, and maintains company locations and equipment.

Job Requirements:

At least 21 years of age; Prior work experience in maintenance or construction; Working knowledge of facility maintenance methods and tools; Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills; Basic computer skills and ability to read and write; OSHA 10 certification; Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and acceptable driving record; Ability to use ladders on a regular basis; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Preventative maintenance of kitchen equipment; Remove and replace air and other filters according to an established schedule; Property checks with exterior checklist; Guest area walk through checks; Offices, restrooms, and closets checks; Kitchen and bar area checks; Maintenance of corporate office campus; Respond effectively to emergency maintenance calls during the shift; Monitor and respond to SolarWinds calls; Access to roof and confined spaces; Perform other duties as assigned.
