Maintenance Staff

We are looking for a dependable Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team on an on-call basis . This is a low-level, entry-level position with the opportunity to learn on the job from an experienced team. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, willing to work hard, and interested in learning basic maintenance, repair, and property improvement skills.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, basic troubleshooting, cleaning, organizing tools and materials, helping with property upkeep, and supporting the team on various projects as needed. This role may also include learning and assisting with: Basic drywall repair Painting and touch-ups Accessory installs Light plumbing support Light electrical support under supervision Tiling assistance Framing assistance General property repairs Job-site cleanup and organization Ideal candidate: Reliable and available for on-call work Willing to learn on the job Comfortable with hands-on physical work Able to follow directions Professional, respectful, and dependable Interested in growing basic trade skills No major experience required

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and work on your feet Must be willing to work a flexible/on-call schedule Basic tool knowledge is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in maintenance or general trades.
