Job Description
Ellicott Development is searching for experienced Maintenance technicians to join our hotel maintenance team at Fairfield located at 3880 Rensch road Amherst, NY 14228. The desired candidate will have hotel maintenance experience or similar, display a professional disposition, be knowledgeable in mechanical repairs, general painting, plumbing, electrical, hvac knowledge is a plus and have problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be friendly, trustworthy, a team player and be ready for their next career challenge. A flexible work schedule is important as hotel maintenance is not always a Monday to Friday 1st shift position. Being able to problem solve and keep to a preventative maintenance schedule is important to any successful employee. The ideal candidate for this position would be available to start at 7am with having weekend availability. •applicants only with maintenance experience will be considered for this position•
